These Terms of Service govern your use of the Thingly online store (https://thinglyshop.com), operated by ROSVP ECOM ENTRERPRISE LLC, a company registered in Florida, United States. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Related policies Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms, those specific policies prevail.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Product information We do our best to show products accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
4. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email confirms we received it. We may decline or cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and we will refund any payment made.
5. Prices and payment Prices are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is displayed. Payment is taken when you place your order. Import duties or taxes, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
6. Shipping Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive within 7 to 16 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Refunds Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. You do not need to send items back.
8. Prohibited use You may not use the store for unlawful purposes, place orders with false information or someone else's payment method, interfere with the website, copy our content without permission, or abuse the refund process.
9. Intellectual property All text, images, logos and other content on this store belong to us or to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
11. Events beyond our control We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, carrier or customs delays. Undelivered orders remain covered by our Refund Policy.
12. Changes We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is published.
13. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
